What you’ll do:

You’ll use your experience within commercial finance, corporate lending or business finance to support customers with a range of finance and funding solutions, including commercial mortgages, business loans, asset finance and more.

This is a role focused on building and developing a sustainable client bank, strengthening relationships and helping businesses access the funding they need.

What we're looking for:

You’ll need a background in commercial finance, corporate lending, business banking, asset finance, property finance or a similar finance environment.

This could suit someone already working as a Commercial Finance Broker, Corporate Lending Manager, Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager within the finance sector.

Ideally, you’ll already have clients, or a strong network you can build from. Just as importantly, you’ll be confident developing new relationships, spotting opportunities and generating business.

What matters most is that you understand SME lending, can build trusted relationships and are motivated by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of a smaller, ambitious business.

Other Information

• Basic salary of up to £60,000 + Commission based on income split
• Realistic OTE of £120,000+
• 36 days annual leave
• Hybrid working – one day per week office-based once trained
